Dr. Savannah Lamb

Dr. Savannah Lamb, originally from Arlington, Texas, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 2012. Dr. Lamb has been providing comprehensive eye care to the Asheville community since 2016 when she relocated her practice from Winston Salem to Asheville. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Lamb is honored to serve on the Buncombe County Board of Health and Human Services, where she advocates for improving the health and well-being of the local community.

In addition to providing comprehensive eye exams and vision correction, Dr. Lamb is experienced in the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of many medical eye conditions. She cares for patients with glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, dry eye disease, cataracts, and other ocular conditions. By combining advanced diagnostic technology with personalized treatment plans, Dr. Lamb works to protect her patients' vision and preserve their eye health for years to come. Dr. Lamb particularly enjoys helping patients with ocular surface disease, dry eye and blepharitis.

Dr. Lamb believes that exceptional eye care begins with listening. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident discussing their vision concerns and goals. Known for her thorough examinations and personalized approach, Dr. Lamb enjoys helping patients achieve their best possible vision while preserving the long-term health of their eyes. She is committed to educating patients about their eye health so they can make informed decisions about their care. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, paddle boarding, dancing and spending time with her poodle named Luna.
